I think that it is good mentally to release the tears and let them flow rather than the opposite. I am so glad you are ok, physically. The mental part will probably take a bit longer. I think it took me a year to really process those events and recover fully. Seems like a long time, but serious accidents are just that -- serious, whether you walk away or end up in a body cast.
