This is a photo of my daughter taking a photo of the Welcome to New Mexico sign. We were dismayed to find that there was no Welcome to Texas sign at our entrance to the Great State of Texas. There was a small sign notifying us that we were now in the Central Time Zone, but not big honkin' sign saying we were in Texas. We are still a 6 or 7 hour drive away from San Antonio. We will leave as soon as we eat our breakfast.
Have you seen the map of the hurricane? I laughed when I saw the front page of the USA Today that was slipped under our door this morning. A massive, swirling hurricane - veering towards the State of Texas.
Not even a hurricane could dampen our excitement about this convention.
San Antonio, here we come!
