Tuesday Morning

I took this picture while running yesterday.  Before I went to yoga.  I signed up for a 3 months membership to a nearby yoga studio.  I had my first one-on-one session yesterday.  I am excited and nervous about this.

I am off to a meeting and then to work all day.  I am happy to get out of this house and get away from all that cooking, canning, cleaning, and then some more cooking, canning, and cleaning.  It was a very productive weekend, and I need to get back to work to get some rest!

Blogger has a new process for reporting violations of their terms of service.  Hate speech is specifically prohibited.  If you happen to know of a blog that posts our pictures and then calls us things like fat satanic pigs, you might want to report it to blogger.  Just sayin'.

Have a Happy Tuesday y'all.

Hope you enjoy your yoga. I am anticipating a week full of cooking, cleaning and canning. Need to get busy on that salsa too!

I am sorta glad to be back on a schedule, too.

Mary, I never could take a photo while I was running, always had to stop, slow my breathing, and focus. -grin-

Actually, it's been so long since I've run, I don't believe the camera was yet invented.

Rest well at work.

Steve E., no longer fat, no longer satanic, and, well, still a 'pig', now and then, but less and less!

yoga has been really helpful to me, I hope you enjoy it also.

regarding your question on why I want to take my blog private...I would actually like to be able to write/blog about sobriety, but I'm not crazy about the idea of letting everyone read that stuff. coming up on my first anniversary in a few weeks, seems like it might be time to mention it.

I never carry anything when I'm running. Well sometimes an IPOD. I figure the lighter I am, maybe I'll have an easier time!

I have been wondering about yoga too. I will read with great interest your experience with this. It would and does scare me to think of me in tights. Is that what they wear these days? Oh, I just had a flash from modern dance class in college. ack! Good luck with this and happy happy Tuesday!

Hmmm...good that Blogger has that option. I would post some sane comments but I only get the other kind from down under. Hope that you have a good day.

PATRICK’S RESPONSE...
When investigating a Christian yoga class, be on the lookout for: Sanskrit language. Many words commonly used in yoga pay homage to Hindu deities…

Feelings of discomfort… this may be the Holy Spirit’s way of letting you know the class isn’t for you.

Did you know that when Hindus say whazzup, they’re actually trying to convert you?

The word “namaste,” often said at the close of yoga classes, means, “I bow to the god within you.”

Jesus is above all powers and authorities. "Jesus" is above every name, including "God." This can only be true because Jesus Christ is Almighty God. Jesus is called the "Everlasting Father" in Isaiah 9:6.

Ephesians 1:21: "Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

Jesus Christ is the ONLY source of power in this universe. Jesus is God! The devil, as well as all human governments receives their power from God alone.

I, PATRICK, AM THE LORD’S LIGHT & SALVATION FOR OTHER PEOPLE
