One Drop of Sweat

I wish I had some software to put a circle around that drop of sweat in my hair. I thought it looked cool, hanging there, just waiting to drop off my hair and onto my shoulder.
I thought I would take a picture of myself running away from the camera, I took this same shot some time in December.

I had a nice 2.5 mile run this morning. I am running so late, I should be at work at 8:00 a.m., and here I am, at 7:30 a.m., dripping sweat, in my running clothes, sitting at my computer, posting pictures and writing. I better get on with my day.

I am off tomorrow! Yeah!

After all, our problems were of our own making. Bottles were only a symbol. Besides, we have stopped fighting anybody or anything. We have to!" -- Alcoholics Anonymous, p. 103

ohh I remember early on being very unhappy to read that most of my problems were of my own making... that notion really trashed my whole victim thing I had going on when I got here... Thank God for that!!

I like to see the joy you get from insignificant things such as a drop of sweat....marvelous....you rock...

I remember when I hated to admit that I had problems of my own making or that I played a part in my resentments. Now I don't see myself as the victim but volunteer.

Nice running photo!I like my excercising mid morning.

Cool pics! Great posts

Your father lived in Dubuque? Now that is freakin weird. This is far less than six degrees. Which park are you talking about.

Hi honey - sorry I haven't been by to read your blog lately. But it is important to me that you know I'm here and will always see you.

Trudge - Murphy.

JJ - if I had that cute kid/guy kissing me, I would probably spend a lot less time looking at blogs!
