hAAnging on for dear life...

One step at a time... on the treadmill of happy destiny. I am getting ready for my August 6th triathlon. I did my 3 miles this morning in 32 minutes, 12 seconds. I am happy with that.

Wow, a triathlon. I am impressed. My girlfriend does the NYC marathon every year. I remember her first year and the training she did. Athletes (especially recovering ones) really impress me. Some day I may get it ....as long as I am still breathing there is hope, right?

Keep up the hard work Mary Christine. I know you can do it. I imagine I could do about 1 1/2 miles at most in that time and lord knows I don't think I can physically even do that so what am I talking about....

You are an inspiration though and I appreciate it!
