Waterton Canyon

Me and my shadow. I don't know why I like shadow pictures so much when they really distort the body and make me look like I have a pin head (even though it is helmeted) on top of a huge (lumpy) body. Body Dysmorphic Disorder anyone?
We always stop at this bridge on the way up... somehow on the way DOWN, there is no need to stop.
I love this trail... it is 6 miles uphill, then you turn around and go like a bat out of hell downhill for 6 miles.
Crappy picture of 2 mountain goats.

"I don't think happiness or unhappiness is the point. How do we meet the problems we face? How do we best learn from them and transmit what we have learned to others, if they would recieve the knowledge?... When pain comes, we are expected to learn from it willingly, and help others to learn. When happiness comes, we accept it as a gift, and thank God for it." -- As Bill Sees It, p. 306

Nice pix, my little triathlon girl.
Once again, you try to tempt me - with the goat picture. But it won't work. Not this time.

Ain't we lucky to live here? I was just telling my lunch buddy that very same thing, but what I didn't mention was the fellowship I have found in AA.

I am so looking forward to this weekend and a three day sober ride.

If you can make it to the meeting tomorrow, would love to see you there. I know there are at least two others who read the blogs but not share that would also like to meet you.

You have a beautiful shadow. What a way to connect to everything around you by being active and being in the gifts of nature. We have a such a colorful World we live in with very colorful people as yourself.

Happy HNT!

Nice pics.....Those mountains look awesomely inviting and don't worry about the goat pics they blend in with the habitat to protect themselves from their natural enemies....maybe someday we can go riding together, going up 6 miles sounds like alot of fun and a good work out.........
