I slept until 5:30 this morning... which is just nuts.  I am way too tired and starting to show it.  So I must beat it out of here.

I had a photo taken from my office yesterday morning, in the dark, predawn morning.  I cannot get my blackberry to cooperate this morning to send it.

Please go over and read Pammie today.  She is talking about the truth.  

I'll be back tomorrow and plan to stay sober until then, care to join me?

A proven way to reset your body clock is to stay up through one entire night, going to bed at the regular hour the next evening. It works but it's not fun.

I'll be OK within a day or two. I am just working a crazy schedule right now, working a lot of hours, starting early in the morning. Haven't had time to run. I have Biblical School until after 9 on Monday night, so I didn't get to sleep until after 10 o'clock last night. And the weekend was insanely busy.

I'm at work and was up earlier than usual. I guess that I got adjusted on the boat. Weird for me since I am usually still wanting to sleep if it's dark.

What time do you usually get up?! I get up at 5.30am. Any earlier and I wouldn't go to bed.

Tuesday 9 PM. Mary Christine, I went to Pam's Blog, and only wish that I had written it.
