Ridin' my bike to work

These are my new metal water bottles.  Water tastes so good when it is chilled inside a metal water bottle.  And I have to tell you, they remind me of those little multi-colored metal cups we used to have when I was a child.  Do you remember them?  How COLD water tastes when in a metal cup?

I am riding my bike to work today.  I am happy about this.

The last month or so, with this injury, has been incredibly difficult for me.  I really really need my physical exercise to feel OK.  When I am not running or biking or swimming, I am not a happy girl.  I don't like it at all.

So I am in pain, but I swear to you, no more than I was when I was obeying  the doctor and physical therapist and not running.  So I ran yesterday and it felt great.  I bought an extra ice pack to keep at work.  It is chilling right now... and ready for my aching body to get to work...

Speaking of which, I better get out of here.  TTFN.

Hope that your stiffness gets better. I felt stiff after working on the boat and getting bounced around sailing.

Glad you are getting better. Just don't overdo it!

Peace out,

I love those anodized aluminum cups. You can find new ones still. And you are right, water is the coldest sipped from them.

I loved those aluminum glasses. I froze Kool-Aid in them and let them melt to be slushty. Remember the frost on the cup?

Just stopping by to catch up. I remember the metal cups. Our landlord and his wife had them in all colors and sizes, and I thought it was so cool to have a metal cup instead of a smelly tupperware plastic one.
Prayers for your daughter, I know what you mean about the hope thing. Glad you are going to give it your best shot in Alaska.

I remember how the edges started getting knickek and the aluminum would scratch my lip. LOL- I went right for the negative!
OK...I, like Zane used to freeze kool-aid in them...yummy.
Limp-On little lime teaser.
