Working on my night moves

I've had it with the winter pictures, I am just going to use photos from last summer for a while, OK?  I took this photo during a trail run on a Thursday night last summer with my running group.  They were so far ahead of me I never even saw them after the first couple of minutes.  I am a slow girl.  But better to be slow than to be stopped.

I only have two more days on my job.  I need to get used to posting at night.  This is going to be a challenge because I am just not the same person at night as I am in the morning.

Don't you love Ed Hochuli?  Does anyone other than me even know who Ed Hochuli is?  (so this is an example of something that seems apropos at night.)

The boyfriend and I went out for lunch to the same restaurant where we met. When we got there, I realized it was 8 months ago today.   We saw a movie - this makes two weeks in a row that I have seen movies that I didn't like.  "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" was a ridiculous movie - I have no idea what  even happened.

Then I heard a 5th step of a sponsee.  Bless her heart.  I have never heard a 5th step without falling in love with the person.  We get so jammed up with stuff.  And the steps really work to unjam all that junk and let God work in our lives.

And once he gets to working, it is amazing what can happen!

Sorry for how disjointed this thing is.  I am going to have to learn how to write at night.

I know who Ed Hochuli is, but I never would have spelled his name correctly. Enjoy your next to last day at work.

Tinker was a complicated movie with all the flashbacks. There was a mole at MI5 and Smiley was to find who it was. Great acting but not a fast paced movie. More like a chess game.

I like all your pics, winter or summer. Congratulations on eight months in the relationship!

It is always moving to hear a Fifth Step, always.

I remember a few years ago when we both tried to start blogging at night (for some reason) and we couldn't figure out what was blocking us besides maybe just the long day.
You'll get the hang of it!
I hope these last few days go well.

So, Syd - the guy who got killed in Budapest - he didn't really die, right? But was the school and the trailer a flashback or after he died? And why was that little Bill kid in there? And there were three moles, right?

Not seen the Tinker, Tailor movie yet... although my son said it was good. I read the book twice and then watched the 70s BBC drama avidly... by the end I sort of got there - it is very English in being very convoluted - but if you believe the 6th man theories, i.e. there was another after Blunt and like him was given a bargain to shop the Russian handlers in etc. so to escape prison - well the 6th man theory is now that MI6 turned him early on - hence how they knew about Blunt in the 60s but then used him to their advantage... although then it goes that after Thatcher publically exposed Blunt he turned again and was a double double agent ... oh yes and the theory was he was very high in the UK government ... i.e. a notable politian... I wonder if we'll ever know for real
