Mittwock

The picture of the roses is because I am already tired of the pictures of the snow.  I love roses.  I miss having them on my table.  Hmmm.  There ARE roses available at florists, aren't there?  And a woman is legally able to purchase herself roses, isn't she?  It may SEEM wrong, but it really isn't, is it?

Last week when I was having my spending spree at Costco, I also purchased myself a 2 year membership to 24 hour fitness.  Last night I got the paperwork for that.  Today I shall take myself to a local club and get all set up to use their facilities.  Then I can again run on a treadmill.  I hate running on a treadmill, unless my only other alternative is running on ice, snow, and slush.  I canceled my other gym membership a few months ago, and although I was no longer using it, the moment I didn't have the gym with its treadmill, pool, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room available to me, I missed it.  Now I have a better gym available to me.  Yippeee!

I am going to get to work early today and that means I can leave early (I hope) and go to the gym.  Sounds like a wonderful way to spend a day.

I buy myself roses or flowers at least once a month to put in my house. It's really a great feeling to walk in my house and see and smell the wonderful flowers. Go for it.

Definitely buy yourself some lovely roses. The flagship grocery stores here have great floral departments.

Congrats on the gym thing - I love my gym and I know the only reason I go is because it has everything I would and could want to do - that is key!

About to years ago - I bough flowers for myself and had them delivered to myself - with a card from myself - I think the people at the flower shop thought I was a nutball and they would be right - I just needed to remind myself - because I was so blue and desperate that I was worthy of some love from myself. and it worked and was nice until the flowers died!

ha!

I think I just may do that again this month.

Oh I love what Syd said...you do deserve Roses every day! It's that wonderful time of year.

Here's why WV (that's where I live) is the unhealthiest state in the union...we have no, that's right NONE of teh 24 hour fitness, Bali, or any of that clubs here. I belonged to 24 hour fitness for years, until I moved here...ah...the Left Coast move to the Appalachian area...hmmmm...

okay sorry so long...LOL
